Rayon Consults has widely engaged in organization support and capacity development activities including planning, Implementation partnerships, Monitoring and reporting. The firm and its personnel have great knowledge in Capacity building, Capacity assessment, facilitation of training and other program support services including Baseline Surveys, Third Party Monitoring, Needs Assessments, Evaluations, SQUEAC, SMART Nutrition studies and routine Health Monitoring systems (HMIS), and conducting KAP-studies. In South Sudan, experiences by Rayon Consults and its suggested key personnel include working in various states including hard to navigate humanitarian states of Jonglei and Upper Nile where lots of mitigation measures for TPM work during flooding and conflict have equipped our teams with resilience.
