Healthy Systems Functionality Assessment
The health system functionality assessment conducted in 2024 by Rayon Consults in Pibor, Buma, Gumuruk, Labalab, Meiun, Khoradeph, Pochallah, and other states, aimed to providing a comprehensive evaluation of the healthcare services available in these areas. The assessment focuses on several key aspects, such as infrastructure, availability of medical personnel, accessibility of essential medicines, and the efficiency of health service delivery. By analyzing these components, the assessment seeks to identify strengths and weaknesses within the current health systems, providing valuable insights for potential improvements. Additionally, the study examines the impact of socio-economic and environmental factors on healthcare delivery, offering recommendations to enhance overall health outcomes for communities. POST DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT (pdm)
Rayon Consults has undertaken an extensive Post Distribution Monitoring (PDM) initiative across several key regions in South Sudan, including the states of Eastern Equatorial, Budi, Torit, Kapoeta, Kauto, Ikotos, and Lafon. This effort also extended to other significant areas such as Yambio and Abyei. The purpose of PDM is to assess the effectiveness and impact of aid distribution, ensuring that resources reach the intended beneficiaries and meet their needs. By gathering and analyzing data from these diverse regions, Rayon Consults aims to identify any gaps or issues in the distribution process and provide recommendations for improvements. This proactive approach not only enhances accountability but also strengthens the overall effectiveness of humanitarian efforts in South Sudan.
