Third Party Monitoring (TPM) is our main stream business solution designed to offer cutting edge monitoring opportunities for understanding program effectiveness while minimizing operational liabilities in post conflict, high-risk fields operation environments. The TPM approach is a cost effective, evidence-based programme monitoring mechanism aligned to Rayon Consults core service delivery programmes crafted to harness client’s performance monitoring needs, measure coverage, health system monitoring needs in Uganda, South Sudan, Somalia and DR Congo.

TPM projects in the Region 

Through the TPM approach, we have partnered with  Team Initiatives Ltd and Apex Consulting, to support Government institutions, UNICEF, UNWOMEN, World Bank, International Financial Coporation (IFC), Global Fund, and Against Malaria Foundation to monitoring service delivery projects and deliver findings on impact and coverage.

We have supported Livelihood interventions, Education improvement, human resource capacity development Monitoring health systems Transformation to inform programmes design in post conflict hard to reach environment
