The East African region is experiencing drastic changes that present opportunities of growth but also threats to growth. Since 2013, many companies have been created but a small percentage of them including Rayon Consults have been able to survive beyond the crisis period of forming to reach the norming stage.

Rayon Consults and Gen Trading Co has survived strong tides to stand the test of all startups, navigating through ripple effects of prevailing micro & macro-economic gymnastics, limited operationalization of systems, socio-political instabilities, and stiff competition in the working environment. To date, Rayon Consults has grown into a viable knowledge hub in the East African region anchored on a need-centric thematic programing, quality service delivery values and Customer relations building.

Moving towards standardization remains the ultimate Goal to be nurtured through strong Organization Culture, Strategic Partnerships and Stakeholder Need-Centric programing to blend Company interests along stakeholder needs and aspirations.
